Product warranty is applicable to customers who have completed the online registration and submitted a warranty card.

Customers are required to present the warranty card to receive any claim service.

All information on the warranty card must be filled out accurately and completely. Any inaccuracies may void warranty coverage.

H.DRIVE Coilover products carry a 2-year warranty, subject to the conditions applicable in each country.

By seeking product service, maintenance, or claims at H.DRIVE Service Centers, the customer agrees to bear any applicable service fees.

The claims process may take between 15 to 30 days.

Warranty claims are valid only in cases of oil leakage or inefficiency in compression and rebound functionality of the H.DRIVE damper.

Parts of the coilover other than those covered in item (7) are not included in the warranty.

The H.DRIVE damper features a high-performance monotube damping system. Due to its enlarged valve and integration of gas and oil within a single chamber, a slight noise may occur when driving slowly over rough terrain, indicating normal damper operation.

Customers may visit an H.DRIVE Service Center for inspection if any metallic noise or signs of oil leakage appear.

The use of a pillow ball top mount may result in inevitable cabin noise, even with newly installed coilover kits. This noise is not covered by the warranty.

Suspension tuning is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and may impact vehicle warranty, electronic control modules, and road safety.
